1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by KPSE Logistics Limited, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

KPSE Logistics Limited provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

  • Air Freight Services

  • Package Forwarding

  • Online Shopping Assistance

  • Personal Shopper Services

  • Shopping with Company Card Services

  • Business Delivery Services

  • Home/Bearer Delivery Services

  • Office Drop-Off Services

  • Knutsford Express Pickup Coordination

  • Package Collection and Distribution

KPSE Logistics Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Pickup Locations

Customers may collect packages at the following locations:

  • 146 Brunswick Avenue, Spanish Town

  • Spanish Town Shopping Centre

  • Half-Way Tree, Kingston

Pickup locations may be modified from time to time based on operational requirements.

4. Delivery Services

KPSE Logistics Limited offers:

  • Free delivery to selected areas within St. Catherine

  • Bearer/Home Delivery Services (additional charges apply)

  • Office Delivery Services

  • Business Delivery Services

Delivery fees may vary based on location, package size, weight, and special handling requirements.

5. Service Areas

Our primary operating areas include:

  • Spanish Town, St. Catherine

  • Kingston & St. Andrew

Additional services may be arranged islandwide through approved transportation partners.

6. Shipping Rates

Current shipping rates are as follows:

KPSE Logistics Limited reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

7. Weight Rounding Policy

Packages weighing 0.5 lb and above will be rounded up to the next full pound for billing purposes.

Examples:

  • 1.4 lb = 1 lb

  • 1.5 lb = 2 lbs

  • 2.7 lb = 3 lbs

8. Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Shopping Assistance Services

  • Shopping Using Company Card

  • Home/Bearer Delivery

  • Office Delivery

  • Special Handling Requests

  • Oversized Packages

  • Remote Delivery Locations

Customers will be notified of applicable fees before processing.

9. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer's own risk.

KPSE Logistics Limited assumes limited liability for loss, delay, damage, or errors related to shipments.

We are not responsible for:

  • Vendor or retailer errors

  • Incorrect information provided by customers

  • Packages lost before reaching our shipping facility

  • Delays caused by airlines, customs, weather, or third-party carriers

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Damages caused by inadequate vendor packaging

Responsibility begins once a package is received into our possession and ends upon delivery or pickup by the customer.

10. Fragile & High-Value Items

Fragile items including:

  • Electronics

  • Glass Items

  • Cosmetics

  • Liquids

  • Decorative Items

are shipped at the owner's risk.

Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance when available.

11. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms and ammunition

  • Explosives and hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Pornographic materials

  • Perishable food items

  • Live animals

  • Cash or negotiable instruments

  • Any item prohibited by Jamaican or international law

KPSE Logistics Limited reserves the right to refuse shipment of any restricted item.

12. Customs, Duties & Government Charges

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Government fees

  • Regulatory charges

KPSE Logistics Limited is not liable for customs delays, inspections, confiscations, or penalties.

13. Online Shopping Assistance

Customers may utilize:

  • Their personal debit/credit card

  • KPSE Logistics Limited's company card (additional fees apply)

For purchases made on behalf of customers:

  • Full payment must be received before purchase

  • Service fees are non-refundable after purchase completion

  • Customers are responsible for verifying item details prior to purchase

KPSE Logistics Limited is not responsible for:

  • Wrong items shipped by vendors

  • Sizing issues

  • Vendor cancellations

  • Out-of-stock products

  • Vendor refund delays

14. Rewards & Referral Programs

Referral Program

Customers earn:

  • $50 JMD Store Credit for every two (2) successful customer referrals

  • Referral rewards may accumulate up to $250 JMD

New customers referred receive:

  • 5% off their first shipment when the package weighs 3 lbs or more

Loyalty Points Program

Customers earn:

  • 1 Point for every $100 JMD spent

Rewards:

  • 500 Points = $250 JMD Store Credit

KPSE Logistics Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue reward programs at any time.

15. Knutsford Pickup Coordination

KPSE Logistics Limited offers pickup coordination services in selected locations, including:

  • Drax Hall

  • Falmouth

  • Gutters

  • Harbour View

  • Luana

  • Lucea

  • Mandeville

  • May Pen

  • Montego Bay

  • Montego Bay Airport

  • Negril

  • Ocho Rios

  • Port Antonio

  • Port Maria

  • Savanna-La-Mar

Additional transportation fees may apply.

16. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfers

  • Online Transfers

  • Approved Digital Payment Methods

All invoices must be settled before package release.

17. Claims & Complaints

Claims must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of package receipt.

Supporting documentation may include:

  • Photos

  • Receipts

  • Invoices

  • Proof of Value

Failure to report issues within the required period may result in denial of the claim.

18. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within seven (7) days of notification may incur storage fees.

Packages remaining unclaimed for thirty (30) days or more may be:

  • Returned

  • Donated

  • Auctioned

  • Disposed of

to recover administrative and storage costs.

19. Cancellations

Service cancellations must be requested at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled service.

Cancellation fees may apply.

20. Amendments

KPSE Logistics Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between KPSE Logistics Limited and its customers.
